By placing an order with AAWOD — through our website, WhatsApp, or any other channel — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
AAWOD is a Lagos-based custom personalization brand offering premium personalized products including clothing, jewellery, bags, accessories, stationery, and home items. Orders are placed through our website (aawodlegacy.com) or via WhatsApp at +234 704 285 4634.
An order is considered confirmed once:
AAWOD reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including orders that contain prohibited content (see Section 9). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all customization details — names, photos, text, sizes, and colors — are correct at the time of ordering. AAWOD will not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
The majority of AAWOD products are made to order and personalized specifically for the customer. As a result:
⚠️ Please double-check all names, spellings, and customization details before confirming your order. Errors submitted by the customer are not grounds for a refund on personalized items.
All prices on the AAWOD store are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price paid at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. AAWOD accepts all major debit and credit cards supported by Paystack, as well as bank transfers where available.
For "Price on Request" items, AAWOD will provide a quote via WhatsApp. Payment is due before production begins.
AAWOD does not accept payments via cash transfer to personal accounts unless explicitly arranged. All payments should go through our official checkout or official WhatsApp-confirmed payment instructions.
AAWOD's standard production turnaround is 48 hours from the time your order is confirmed and your design is approved. Some premium or complex items may take longer — this will be communicated to you before or at the time of ordering.
Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by high order volumes, public holidays, or supply issues beyond our control. AAWOD will notify you of any significant delays.
AAWOD delivers across Lagos and to other locations in Nigeria. Orders are typically delivered within 5–18 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Production time (approximately 48 hours) is separate from delivery time.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the delivery partner.
We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
📹 Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers are required to record a clear, continuous video while unboxing their package as proof of any damage or issue. Claims for damaged items without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a proven issue with the product.
Replacements before refunds: We reserve the right to offer a replacement before issuing a refund. Refunds may be partial or full depending on the situation.
Discounted replacements: Outside of formal refund claims, if any issue arises with your order, we also offer discounted replacement orders — contact us on WhatsApp and we will take care of you.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full only before production has begun. Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted for personalized items.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

All original designs, branding, photography, and content on the AAWOD website are the property of AAWOD and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.
When you provide us with photos, logos, text, or other content for customization, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that its use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. AAWOD will not be liable for any claims arising from customer-supplied content.
AAWOD reserves the right to use images of completed custom orders for marketing purposes (e.g. social media, website) unless you explicitly request otherwise at the time of ordering.
AAWOD will not produce any item containing:
Violation of this policy will result in order cancellation. Refunds will not be issued for orders cancelled due to prohibited content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AAWOD's total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

AAWOD reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
